Advanced Practice Provider

Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Overview ReGenesis Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.

This role is ideal for a provider passionate about caring for medically complex and underserved populations, including individuals with substance use disorders.

This position focuses on providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and primary medical care across our clinic locations in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations.

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.

Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including ordering labs and studies.

Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments for adults and pediatric patients.

Deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance use disorders.

Counsel and educate patients on positive health behaviors and disease management.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Develop treatment plans according to clinical protocols and refer patients appropriately.

Perform basic in-office procedures such as IUD/Nexplanon placement, Pap smears, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision & drainage.
