* High school diploma required


* Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred


* 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing at least 20 employees in a manufacturing setting including performance management responsibility


* Organizational and planning skills to coordinate resources and workflows under dynamic conditions


* Technical knowledge relevant to the specific operational area, such as production processes, equipment, or service protocols


* Compliance awareness to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Salary Range:

The base pay range for this position in California, $100,000 - $130,000/year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.A Processing Ops Supervisor oversees daily operational activities, manages teams, ensures process compliance, and drives efficiency and quality in production or service delivery.

Please note, this is a 4/10's weekend shift - Thursday through Sunday.

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the workflow within a specific operational area, such as Lube, DeOil, DryBlast, Parts Wash, Chemical, Cytal, Heat Treat plus other areas operating on weekend.
