The Role: As Edibles Production Team Lead, you'll oversee daily output and performance for the edibles crew, guiding team members through the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused products while making sure every batch meets Phat Panda's standards for quality and safety.

Pay & Schedule: Starting Pay: $17.13/hour during the first month of training, increasing to $18.13/hour upon completion.

Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours weekly.

Availability: Reliable weekly schedule; flexibility needed for openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires.

Reports To: Edibles Manager.

Direct Reports: Edibles Processors.

What We're Looking For: Age: 21 years or older (state regulatory requirement).

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Experience: At least 6 months in edibles or packaging work; previous supervisory experience a plus.

Certifications: Current Washington State Food Worker Card.

Physical Requirements: Able to sit or stand for extended periods performing repetitive work, lift up to 50 lbs, and see clearly at 20+ feet with accurate color perception.

Technical Skills: Comfortable with word processing and spreadsheet tools, plus labeling equipment.
