$6k Bonus + $28-$34/hr

Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

What You'll Do:


* Deliver top-notch direct nursing care to our Long-Term, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents.


* Observe, report, and manage resident care with a supportive team backing you up.

What You Need:


* Current Ohio LPN license (unencumbered)


* Great documentation skills & strong attendance


* A passion for working with the elderly and a 12-hour shift mindset
