BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are accepting applications for the position of Building Maintenance Supervisor.

This is a skilled maintenance supervisor position responsible for the safe and efficient work in the installation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of the Citys buildings and recreation facilities and associated equipment.

Supervises maintenance of staff 3-10 people.

Work involves responsibility for supervising and participating in the work of small crews performing installation, maintenance, and repairs; to include instructing employees in the more difficult phases of the work.

Assignments are ordinarily received in the form of work orders or complaints, and the employee is responsible for determining work methods and procedures.

Work is reviewed through inspections and by discussions with administrative or technical managers and is under the general supervision of the Superintendent of Building Maintenance.

Will be required to get Building Operation Certification and maintain it and additional training as needed.
