Budtender Embr Springfield Embr Springfield | Springfield, MA $17.00/hour + tips | Full-Time Embr Springfield is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Budtender to join our retail team.

In this role, you will help customers select products, provide knowledgeable and compliant service, process transactions, and support daily store operations.

Previous cannabis experience is not required.

We provide paid training to help you learn our products, systems, and procedures.

Because our store operates throughout the week, applicants must be available to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Scheduling needs may vary based on business operations.

Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a professional, positive shopping experienceAssist customers with product selection and general product educationExplain product information accurately and within the requirements of Massachusetts cannabis regulationsProcess customer purchases and payments accurately using the point-of-sale systemFollow all required age-verification, identification, and sales proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floorRestock products and assist with inventory-related tasksSupport merchandising and daily store operationsFollow company policies and applicable state and local regulationsWork collaboratively with team members and management Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of ageMust be able to work five shifts per week and have broad availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysReliable attendance and punctualityStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to learn product information, point-of-sale systems, and company proceduresAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environmentPrevious retail, customer service, hospitality, or cannabis experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are dependable, approachable, professional, and comfortable working directly with customers.
