Your Day-to-Day: Plant Care: Tend to plants through each growth stage pruning, feeding, and monitoring health from veg through harvest.

Harvesting: Assist with harvest operations and post-harvest handling tasks.

What You'll Need: Age: Must be 21 or older (required under WA State I-502 regulations).

Education & Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent hands-on work experience.
