Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory operations at our Worcester, MA location.

This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and reconciling cannabis and non-cannabis inventory while following company procedures and applicable Massachusetts regulations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with inventory systems, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory.Track cannabis inventory and complete inventory transactions in METRC.Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.Assist with cannabis packaging, labeling, and shipping activities.Maintain accurate inventory records and required documentation.Prepare inventory documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.Organize packaging, supplies, and other non-cannabis materials.Maintain clean, organized, and secure inventory storage areas.Assist with inventory counts and periodic audits.Follow company procedures for inventory handling, storage, and recordkeeping.Communicate inventory issues, discrepancies, and supply needs to management.Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications At least 1 year of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory information.Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.METRC experience is preferred but not required.Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Must be at least 21 years of age.Ability to meet Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission employment requirements.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive inventory tasks.Ability to work in warehouse, production, and cultivation environments.

Schedule Full-time | Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts based on business needs.
