Cultivation Team Member | $18/hour | Full-Time Phat Panda | Worcester, MA Phat Panda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Team Member to support daily plant care and facility operations.

This position works as part of a team to maintain clean, organized work areas and complete routine cultivation tasks according to established procedures.

Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM4:00 PM | One weekend day required Compensation & Benefits $18/hourConsistent weekly schedulePaid time off after 6 monthsMedical, dental, vision, life and accident insurance after 90 daysTraining provided Responsibilities Perform routine plant care and maintenance tasksWater, prune, feed, and maintain plants according to established proceduresAssist with plant training and other production activitiesPrepare, clean, and sanitize work areas and equipmentAssist with harvesting and post-harvest activitiesSupport cultivation projects and daily production tasksMaintain accurate records and complete required documentationFollow company procedures for safety, sanitation, quality, and facility operationsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious plant, agricultural, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasksComfortable working in warm and humid indoor environmentsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Work Environment This position is performed in an indoor production environment.

Team members may work around plants, soil, water, cleaning products, equipment, and varying temperatures and humidity levels.

Proper training and workplace safety procedures are provided.
