Position Summary

The Route Service Representative (RSR) is the face of Simple and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving account retention, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and route efficiency.

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day service needs of assigned healthcare accounts, ensuring customers receive reliable linen solutions while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.


* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end users.


* Deliver clean linen and related products while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.


* Collect and transport soiled linen according to established safety, infection prevention, and handling procedures.


* Monitor inventory levels and communicate customer needs proactively.


* Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional products and service offerings.


* Support customer retention initiatives through excellent service and issue resolution.


* Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Plant teams to ensure service commitments are met.


* Maintain route schedules and optimize daily stops to maximize productivity and service efficiency.
