Service Planner
Join our Service Order Management team as a Senior Assistant I and become the essential connection between customer orders and flawless service delivery.

What will you do?
* Enter and book service orders and contracts in ERP systems with precision and attention to detail
* Validate product installations, billing accounts, pricing, and service entitlements to ensure order accuracy
* Monitor data flow to CRM and billing systems while applying financial rules and tracking gross margins
* Partner with sales and logistics teams to resolve order issues and support on-time service delivery
