We're looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to own the online shopping experience and turn great merchandising into real, measurable sales growth.

What you'll do: Own our on-site merchandising and storytelling strategy: building and maintaining homepage, collection, interstitial, and PLP banner content, plus Top Nav and Visual NavOptimize product visibility and discoverability, managing ranking algorithms, boosts/buries, and product featuresLead promotions end-to-end: planning, Shopify scheduling, and launch executionTurn site and promo analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) into insights and recurring reports for stakeholdersKeep product data clean and aligned across Merchandising, Planning & Inventory, Leadership, CRM, and agency partners
