Delivery Driver

Job description: Well established West Michigan company (Besco Water Treatment, Inc.) with 5 locations seeks a team member with a strong work ethic and a desire to serve with excellence.

Position Summary: Route Delivery/Sales Driver - Must be a motivated self-starter who excels in customer service for residential and commercial clients.

Looking for a representative to service accounts and deliver 5 gallon water bottles, water softener salt, coolers, coffee, brewers and other products on a daily route.

Hourly, plus commission opportunities.

Skills/attributes: At least 1 year driving is a must.

Must be well organized with attention to detail and possess follow-up skills.

Delivery driver will have to lift 50 lbs.

repeatedly, daily.- Must have chauffeur's license, D.O.T.

med card and provide MVR.- Previous experience in route driving or courier services is preferred- Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment is a plus- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Excellent communication and customer service skills Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers- Load and unload products using a pallet jack or forklift- Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner Important that applicant is dependable with excellent attendance (position is full-time, 5 days/week plus an occasional Saturday).
