Job Summary
Responsible for supervision of employees within assigned shift.

Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the post processing team
* Train and coach team members on daily responsibilities, procedures or process changes
* Monitor performance of each team member and provide feedback
* Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently
* Prepare and produce daily production schedule, labels, MOs based on inventory and customer demand
* Communicate schedule changes with production and customer service timely
* Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary
* Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with product changes
* Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Manager
* Responsible for accurate daily production reporting and daily schedule control report
* Perform maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair
* Manage and maintain Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all molds
* Determine and recommend purchase of new molds
* Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory
* Effectively communicate any issues related to schedule, raw materials, delivery delays, etc.
with site leaders
* Maintain historical records by filing documents
* Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Job Requirements
* High School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and education
* Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers
* Excellent communications skills, verbal, written, in-person and by telephone
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
* Strong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and report findings
