Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead financial operations for our Energy & Communications businesses within National Solutions.

This is a high-impact leadership role that partners directly with business presidents and senior leaders to drive performance, enable growth, and deliver actionable insights.

You will play a critical role in shaping strategy, improving operational efficiency, and building a strong, collaborative finance team.

Job Location

This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

Drive Business Performance


* Own full financial accountability for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow


* Partner with senior leadership to influence decisions and deliver profitable growth


* Identify risks and opportunities, and lead actions to improve results

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis


* Collaborate with the National Solutions FP&A team to ensure forecasts, budgets, and monthly business reviews are completed accurately and on time


* Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making


* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Enhance Operational Efficiency


* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability


* Drive margin improvement through pricing, cost management, and productivity initiatives


* Leverage systems and tools to strengthen financial processes

Ensure Strong Governance


* Maintain compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements


* Support audit activities and ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting

Support Growth Initiatives


* Lead financial oversight of capital investments and track project performance


* Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration


* Provide financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives
