Job responsibilities



* Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors

+ Executes software solutions, designs, develops, and troubleshoots software solutions, applying innovative thinking to solve complex technical challenges

+ Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems using Python, Java, Agentic AI and coding assistants.

+ Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring all design constraints are met throughout software development


*
+ Implement enterprise semantic / ontology layer accelerated with agentic metadata mining


*
+ Design and implement robust data ingestion & curation pipelines to bring diverse datasets into the cloud, Knowledgebase, Databricks


*
+ Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and participate in events exploring new and emerging technologies


* Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes


* Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle


* Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience


* Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability


* Advanced in one or more programming language(s) including Python, Spark, Java and SQL.

+ Strong experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.

Experience in data and semantic modeling
+ Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as ADK, LangChain / LangGraph , AutoGen or CrewAI
