What are we looking for?

The Industry Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders within the industry and promoting the CAPA program.

This position may travel at least 50% of the time.

What you'll do:


* Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and research/build relationships with new clients through meetings, tours, training sessions, etc.


* Serve as a main point of contact for key stakeholders; draft executive talking points, anticipate client needs by possessing a thorough understanding of the client's business and how the program benefits their needs


* Identify and establish key areas to develop, highlighting the program and company's unique selling propositions and differentiators


* Aid in new business processes including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation based on industry experience and client feedback


* Use best practice communications tactics and public relation tools and make recommendations on best methods to internal teams


* Complete and/or conduct media interviews and/or preparation


* Attend industry functions, disseminate information to internal teams and provide recommendations on program modifications as needed
