Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Per Diem / Part-Time

Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute - San Jacinto, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour (based on experience)

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team.

This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence


* Document patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team


* Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions


* Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Commitment to quality patient care
