Project Engineer II
Join us as a Project Engineer II and take charge of construction projects from planning through completion.
You'll lead site operations, manage teams and budgets, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
What will you do?
* Oversee construction sites end-to-end, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
* Lead site teams and supervise daily activities, ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements
* Proactively identify and manage risks while coordinating seamlessly across departments and stakeholders
* Deliver regular project updates and reports to Project Managers, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges

* Standardization - expert level; implementing consistent processes and standards across all site operations
* Safety Standards - advanced level; enforcing compliance and creating a culture of safety on every site
* Risk Management - advanced level; identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies

* Project Planning - intermediate level; organizing schedules and workflows to keep projects on track
