The Supply Chain Management & Logistics Manager - oversees strategic planning and execution of the end-to-end supply chain for a custom, engineer-to-order HVAC equipment portfolio, from demand planning and inventory management through inbound/outbound logistics and distribution.

This role optimizes resource utilization, ensures on-time delivery to customers and projects, and leads a team responsible for planning and logistics execution.

The position requires strong analytical and planning skills, hands-on logistics and distribution experience, and the leadership skills to plan, prioritize, and direct the work of a supply chain team.

The manager makes independent decisions on resource allocation, operational approach, and tactical execution with a moderate to large impact on cost and service levels, and partners with sourcing, manufacturing, project management, and freight/logistics providers to keep custom-engineered orders moving on schedule.

What will you do?

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning



* Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align material flow, capacity, and delivery commitments with business objectives for a custom, project-driven HVAC portfolio.


* Define the means, resources, and processes needed to ensure efficient, cost-effective flow of materials from suppliers through production to the customer.


* Analyze market trends and internal data to forecast demand and translate it into production and procurement plans.


* Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, freight cost, service level) and adjust strategy as needed.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management



* Own demand forecasting and sales, inventory & operations planning (SIOP) inputs for HVAC components (eg.

coils, compressors, fan motors, controls, sheet metal, copper piping, refrigerant, electrical & electronic materials) and finished goods (eg.

Chiller, Mega Crah).


* Manage inventory levels and safety stock strategy to balance working capital against ETO delivery commitments and long-lead materials.


* Coordinate master scheduling and capacity planning with manufacturing to protect critical project milestones.


* Identify and resolve material shortages, allocation conflicts, and schedule risk before they impact customer delivery.

Logistics & Distribution



* Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight mode selection, carrier management, and freight cost optimization for oversized/custom HVAC equipment.


* Oversee warehousing, staging, and outbound shipment planning to support on-time, damage-free delivery to job sites and customers.
