What you will do

The Manager , Professional Affairs - OTC plays a critical role in building and activating trusted strategic relationships with healthcare professional thought leaders and professional organizations to advance our OTC portfolio of brands within Pain and Allergy care.

The Manager, Professional Affairs, OTC helps to shape and execute Kenvue's professional stakeholder engagement strateg y and works closely with Medical Affairs , HCP Marketing, R&D, Legal/Compliance and external healthcare stakeholders to strengthen Kenvue's scientific credibility, advance professional education, and support responsible engagement with influential stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Professional Activation



* Develop and execute focused p rofessional engagement plans for OTC portfolio, aligned to business priorities, scientific strategy and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.


* Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional societies and external experts to understand clinical needs, practice trends and establish influential network of partners , advocates across healthcare professional ecosystem .


* Identify areas of alignment with priority healthcare professional stakeholders and societies and drive strategic co-creation and collaboration to strengthen scientific credibility and nurture advocacy.


* Manage day-to-day interactions with KOLs, professional associations, and scientific influencers to support evidence-based self-care.


* In partnership with Medical Affairs, plan and deliver expert panels, advisory boards and sponsored professional education initiatives t o advance healthcare professional education and elevate scientific thought leadership of our brands.
