Talent Acquisition Specialist for Skilled Trades - Secret Cleared - Arlington, VA

Work You'll Do

As a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading talent acquisition programs that expand non-university sources of skilled talent for DoW industrial activities


* Developing and managing workforce pipelines connecting department hiring needs with trade schools, career and technical education programs, apprenticeship programs, vocational institutions, and other skilled-trades training providers


* Assessing current and future workforce requirements across industrial occupations, translating mission needs into targeted recruitment strategies, qualification profiles, and talent development approaches
