Summary

Prepares the bank conciliations of 14 accounts on monthly and periodically basis (14 for US books and 14 for MEX books), loads the journal entries related to insurance amortization (medical, life and fire insurance).

In addition, records the accrual of following expenses: security guards, alarms, garbage recollection, cleaning service and audit services of Datazone, Zone Compra and the CAT.

This person keeps updated the check list of standard journal entries during the closing period and ensures that it is completed.

Position Responsibilities:



* Record all the journal entries related to amortizacion insurances and accruals of audit services, security guards, garbage recolection, alarmas and clearing service.


* Prepare the bank conciliations for US and Mexican books (28 conciliations) and review all the items in conciliation.


* Keep updated the reports of accounting (i.e.

AssureNET reports and check list of standard entries).


* Verify on a daily basis that all journal entries are approved.

In addition, keep updated the list of requirements of information during the process the internal and external audit.

Position Requirements:



* Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Area of Study:Accounting


* Years of Experience:Two to three years.


* Type of Experience:General accounting

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Accounting, Finance, Economics or Financial Systems.


* One to two years.


* Financial analysis and general accounting.


* Advanced excel skills and intermediate level for all Microsoft Office applications.

Basic knowledge of SQL queries.


* Strong analytical habilities, problem solving, multi tasking.

Effective written and oral communications skills as well as in variety of formats for diverse audiences.

Excellent coordinator and organizational skills.
