Treasury Management Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY Ciera Bank has been serving Texas Communities since 1890, and we now have 8 locations.

We are looking for a full-time Treasury Management Representative at our Fort Worth location.

The Treasury Management Representative position is primarily responsible for coordinating the implementation of cash management services and serving as an operations liaison to customers to ensure a thorough and efficient service delivery process.

This role supports the sales and service efforts of the cash management officers and interfaces with clients and officers to obtain necessary information and provide superior customer service.

The Treasury Management Representative position must maintain a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business customers and serves as a resource to the sales staff by providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the banks commercial customers.

Provides problem resolution to both internal and external customers in support of customer retention, satisfaction, and profitability objectives of the Bank.

Experienced in all Treasury Services Support and Service functions, including but not limited to Remote Capture, Positive Pay, Internet Banking, knowledge of ACH and Wire processes, Document Management and Retention, Merchant Services, Mobile Deposits and ATM Deposits.

Responsible for timely completion of required training applicable to the position and regular and effective application of such training in the performance of the position.

Incumbent applies advanced knowledge of bank products and services to work performed.

Works under general supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
