We are seeking a dependable Granite Warehouse Specialist to support our countertop operations team through inventory management, material handling, customer service, and warehouse organization.

Job Summary As a Granite Warehouse Specialist, you will assist customers, installers, and delivery teams by preparing orders, loading materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, construction materials, countertops, cabinetry, or shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities Load and unload granite, quartz, stone slabs, countertops, and related materialsPull, stage, and prepare materials for customer pickup and job-site deliveryAssist customers and installers with material pickups and product questionsReceive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slipsMaintain accurate inventory records and investigate shortages, overages, and discrepanciesProcess returns and create return authorization (RA) documentation for vendor returnsOrganize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areasOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentWork closely with sales, fabrication, installation, and delivery teams Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, material handling, or customer service role preferredConstruction, countertop, granite, stone, cabinetry, or building materials experience is a plusAbility to read and accurately use a tape measureStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible schedule availability as needed Preferred Experience Warehouse AssociateMaterial HandlerForklift OperatorShipping & ReceivingInventory ControlConstruction MaterialsCountertop or Stone IndustryBuilding Supply DistributionHome Improvement Products Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayRegular lifting of up to 50 pounds without assistanceOccasional lifting of up to 100 poundsFrequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pullingAbility to safely move large and heavy materials Equipment & Tools ...
