As a Product Director in US Wealth Management's Acceleration Garage, you will lead and develop AI-driven features to enhance client, advisor, and service experiences.
You will manage a small team focused on rapidly developing features that transform experiences across JP Morgan Wealth Management.
You will evaluate solutions, define product requirements, and drive rapid product iteration while collaborating with stakeholders.
Your expertise will shape the future of wealth management products.
Job responsibilities:
* Integrate data analytics, user research, and market analysis to prioritize features
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy
* Drive prioritization of product features using company goals
* Write product requirements with Technology, Design, Data & Analytics teams
* Lead product design and execution through rapid iteration
* Communicate product vision across functions and to senior leadership
* Size business value and scope product solutions based on customer insights
* Demonstrate self-motivation and commitment to learning new technology trends
* Act as a thought leader on evolving industry landscape
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Ten or more years of product management experience
* Experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, or digital banking
* Passion for new industry trends and AI landscape
* Experience launching new or enhanced products to market
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Structured thinker and effective communicator
* Highly self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
* Ability to ask intelligent questions and push the team further
* Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure execution against product roadmap
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to excel in ambiguity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* M.B.A.
or graduate degree in relevant field
* Advanced user of Jira or other product tools
* Product management experience in wealth management
