Product Manager, Card Benefits Experience

As a Product Manager, Digital Benefits in the Benefits Experience team, you will own the strategy and delivery of customer-facing benefits journeys that improve discovery, understanding, activation, and ongoing engagement.
You will translate customer needs and business outcomes into a prioritized roadmap, and you will guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration in a highly regulated environment.
Job responsibilities
* Define and evolve a customer-centric product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital benefits experiences
* Lead discovery through customer research, market analysis, and problem framing to identify high-impact opportunities
* Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable delivery
* Own and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to measurable customer and business outcomes
* Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and servicing to ship new capabilities and optimize existing journeys
* Establish product success metrics and use funnel analysis, customer insights, and experimentation to inform decisions
* Drive scalable personalization and content experiences that improve relevance, clarity, and engagement
* Communicate tradeoffs, sequencing, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and delivery partners
* Ensure consistent customer experiences across channels by aligning teams on shared journeys and standards
* Proactively identify risks and operational impacts, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls to mitigate issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products
* Demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle ownership (discovery, design partnership, delivery, measurement, iteration)
* Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs to drive outcomes
* Experience authoring product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
* Strong analytical skills, including KPI definition, product metrics, and funnel analysis to evaluate performance
* Experience partnering closely with UX design and research to improve usability and clarity
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Experience operating in a regulated or risk-based environment with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, Privacy, or Information Security partners
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
