The Opportunity: The Compensation and HR Systems Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of compensation processes and HR technology platforms.
This role helps maintain accurate employee, job, compensation, and organizational data; prepares standard reports; supports annual compensation planning activities; assists with HR system updates, testing, and troubleshooting; and maintains process documentation.
The position partners with People team members, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution of established processes.
