Assistant Team Lead

Assistant Team Leads report directly to the Team Leader and General Manager, providing Five-Star service to internal team members and guests via phone and in person.

This role supports and maintains follow-up and follow-through on all procedures across Neroli Salon & Spa North Shore.

Essential Job Functions - Greet guests and provide a Five-Star guest experience - Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products - Conduct retail store operations, including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel - Accurately schedule reservations and check guests out using Zenoti - Maintain and stay current on products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing - Attend and participate in meetings with the General Manager and other team members - Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members - Participate in personal and team goal setting - Assist leadership by opening and closing the location, and delegating downtime tasks - Other duties as assigned by leadership What We're Looking For - A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills - Brings a positive outlook, personal integrity, and confidence to their work; understands the value of each guest and strives to be a Day Maker - Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and professional, with strong follow-through and a commitment to continuing education
