What Youll Do: As our Director of Sales, you will lead all sales and marketing initiatives, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by: Driving occupancy goals and maximizing community census through strategic marketing, prospecting, and referral partner development.Managing the entire sales process from inquiry to close, including organizing and conducting in-person/virtual tours and home visits to advance prospective residents' decisions.Planning, coordinating, and leading engaging events and activities to promote the community and generate new leads.Cultivating strong relationships with prospective residents and families, and collaborating with them to highlight our property, amenities, and services.Overseeing the resident move-in process, ensuring agreements are understood, and facilitating new resident orientations.Ensuring compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations, while setting high expectations for first impressions and community appearance.
