Work Schedule :
This is a part-time, 40% FTE position.

Scheduled hours are Saturdays from 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM and Sundays from 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:


* Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.


* Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience


* Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
