They act as a business manager within the company alongside the Senior PM and orPM;directly and proactively manage job orders which are assigned from the point of initial design through expiration of the warranty in accordance with published best practices,policiesand procedures to successfully meet department and company goals.
Essential Job Functions: Directly manages assignedjobfrominitialorder through job completion.Must be able to manage a higher number of smaller and less complexjobs.
Assist SPM and PM in managing larger, more complex jobs assigned by Operations Manager Assist SPM and PM in managing keycustomers.
Maintain expected profitlevels.
Order Entry, ensuring projects are entered accurately andin a timelymanner.
Working with the assigned project coordinator to manage the submittal process.
Confirm submittal materials are produced accurately tospecificationand/or customer expectations, while making sure the submitted items match what wasquoted.
Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the project.
Providingtimely, professional written responses to customers inquiries concerning product, schedules, installation, conflicts problems, vendors, etc., as may berequired.
Ensure vendors on any given project are fulfilling their obligations to H2I Group,Inc,and our customers, whilemaintaininga professional working relationship with them.
Ordering vendor products required per current companyprocesses.
Develop & coordinatescheduleto ensure projects are completed on time.
Including but not limited to product delivery, installation (either in-house or with subcontracted installers), production keeping in mind lead times, site meetings, punch list, phasing,etc.
Prepare orassistin preparing andsubmittingnecessary change orders reflecting the change of cost/sell pricerelativeto a customers request for additions, deletions, and/or modifications, while up-selling wheneverpossible.
Promptlyremovingany obstacles or hindrances which preventtimelycollection of monies from customers.
Forecasting.
Communicate billingschedule,assistin creatingscheduleof values anddeterminetaxable products/dollar amounts with ourAccountingteam.
This includes approving vendor invoices for paymentpromptly.
