Electromechanical Design Engineer (Apodaca, N.L.)
As an Electromechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models of electrical panel components using SEE 3D.
This role supports the design and manufacturing process by organizing panel layouts, routing cables efficiently, and generating the engineering information required for production.
You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
What will you do?
* Create and maintain 3D models of electrical panel components using SEE 3D.
* Organize and position components within electrical panels to enable efficient cable routing.
* Design and optimize cable routing layouts according to engineering requirements.
* Generate manufacturing and engineering documentation from 3D models.
* Transform design information into production-ready cable assemblies and related outputs.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and panel designs.
* Support the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in CAD 3D (MUST).
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of 3D modeling and design principles.Proficiency with
* Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
* Recent graduate profile.
PLUS
* Knowledge of electrical components and control panel assemblies.
* Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
* Experience working with electrical schematics.
* Familiarity with cable routing and harness design concepts.
* Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
