Senior F&O Business Analyst

Beltservice Corporation is currently hiring for a fully onsite Senior F&O Business Analyst based out of our Earth City, MO Headquarters.

This role serves as the primary liaison between business operations and the IT development team, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, manufacturing processes, supply chain execution, production control, inventory, warehouse management, master data, and Experlogix Configurator support.

This individual willalso collaborate closely with Beltservices DevOps and Experlogix Developer teams to guide configuration, customization, testing, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional experience in D365 F&O within a manufacturing or distribution environment, with hands-on knowledge of production, inventory, warehouse, procurement, BOMs, routes, item master data, reporting, testing, and business process improvement.

Experience working with a product configurator, CPQ, Experlogix, or similar configuration platform is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities ERP Functional Leadership Serve as the functional owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Manufacturing, Production Control, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and related business processes.Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.Lead ERP governance efforts including configuration management, workflows, security, reporting, and master data stewardship.Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, automation, and user adoption.

Product Configuration & Business Solutions Serve as the functional lead for Experlogix Configurator or similar CPQ/product configuration platforms.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT teams to develop and support product models, configuration rules, BOMs, routings, pricing logic, and ERP integrations.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with development teams to deliver enhancements and custom solutions.
