Program Manager, Altadena Rebuild Fund
Job Purpose: The Program Manager, Altadena Rebuild Loan Fund will support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of CORE's responsibilities within the Altadena Rebuild Loan Fund partnership.
This position will lead community outreach, homeowner engagement, resource navigation, workshop coordination, survivor support, and partnership-building efforts designed to connect wildfire-impacted homeowners with rebuilding resources and gap financing opportunities.
Working from the Altadena Recovery Hub, the Program Manager will serve as a trusted guide for survivors throughout the recovery process, helping homeowners navigate recovery challenges and connect with appropriate recovery, rebuilding, and loan fund partners.
The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, experience working with disaster-affected communities, and a commitment to equitable recovery, housing stability, and community resilience.
Main Responsibilities: Lead CORE's implementation and operational activities related to the Altadena Rebuild Loan Fund.Track data related to ARF program and author internal and external reports as needed.Direct community outreach efforts to increase awareness of available rebuilding resources and loan fund opportunities.Conduct homeowner engagement activities through workshops, community events, recovery meetings, and one-on-one survivor interactions.Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, recovery partners, local government agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.Serve as a trusted point of contact for wildfire-impacted homeowners seeking information about rebuilding resources and recovery options.Provide resource navigation support and connect homeowners with appropriate recovery programs, community resources, and partner organizations.Facilitate warm handoffs and referrals to partners to support homeowner access to loan fund programs and related services.Assist homeowners in understanding the loan fund process, eligibility requirements, and available support services without providing underwriting, credit, or lending determinations.Coordinate and support educational workshops, community information sessions, outreach campaigns, and homeowner resource fairs.Coordinate with partners to identify barriers to participation, support homeowner progression through the rebuilding process, and strengthen program effectiveness.Provide logistical support for loan closing appointments conducted at the Altadena Recovery Hub, including assisting homeowners, coordinating with partners, and supporting notary activities.Monitor outreach, referral, and homeowner engagement activities and maintain program metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.Analyze homeowner needs, recovery trends, and community concerns and provide recommendations to program leadership and fund partners.Support philanthropic engagement, community-facing fundraising efforts, and related outreach activities.Deliver services in a culturally ...
