Sales Engineer

Inside Sales Engineer We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support our valued customers by effectively communicating product information, managing sales processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

· RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and respond to customer Request for Quotation packages.

Read and interpret customer drawings, 3D models, quality specifications, and testing requirements.

Estimate production costs, determine selling prices, analyze actual cost results.

Prepare, send, and follow-up on customer quotations.

Recognize the design, functionality, and cost benefits of common tooling options.

Review customer purchase orders for alignment with quotation.

Interact with customers in person, via telephone, and email.

Coordinate customer visits.

Work with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure that projects are a fit for the business.

Develop in-depth knowledge of production processes and provide assessment of product manufacturability.

Identify and address discrepancies, risks, or issues in specification, pricing, and contract terms.

Assist in the documentation of standard practices and participate in improvement initiatives.

Set annual personal and professional development goals, document progress.

Perform all other duties, as requested.
