Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our interdisciplinary team serving patients and families throughout Mecklenburg County.

Position Highlights Provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, case management, and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with Carolina Caring's interdisciplinary team.Advocate for patients while connecting them with community resources and supportive services.Build meaningful relationships while delivering compassionate, mission-driven care in patients' homes.Serve patients throughout Mecklenburg County.
