Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse and Facility Coordinator to support daily Data Center and Warehouse operations in Cleveland, OH, with an anticipated transition to Parma, OH as the facility relocates.

This role is responsible for inventory control, shipment coordination, and ensuring efficient workflow across receiving, storage, and distribution functions throughout the transition and at the new location.

Works closely with customers, service contractors, vendors, network carriers and Bluebird Fiber personnel to direct and coordinate any service issue or system modification, upgrade or expansion, and to address issues quickly, thoroughly and effectively.

May dispatch appropriate service contractors and networking personnel as required.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
