We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead paving crews and oversee projects ranging from highways and commercial parking lots to municipal streets and airport surfaces.

What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a crew of 7-14 paving professionals
* Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
* Coordinate paving operations, trucking logistics, and daily production
* Monitor schedules, productivity, and job cost performance
* Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
* Train and mentor crew members
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and crew performance
What You'll Bring
* 3-5+ years of asphalt paving experience
* Foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience preferred
* Commercial/private paving and M.O.T.
experience
* Strong knowledge of paving operations and jobsite logistics
* Ability to read plans, manage production, and maintain records
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
