We are currently hiring Full-Time CNAs for AM and PM shifts.

Position Details


* Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)


* Shifts Available: AM & PM


* Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour


* Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation


* Location: Tice Valley Post Acute | Walnut Creek, CA

Primary Responsibilities


* Deliver compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Support residents during meals while promoting proper nutrition and hydration


* Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff


* Respond promptly to call lights while providing exceptional customer service


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Accurately document care provided and follow all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required
