Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.66-$25.00 per hour

Available Shifts:


* AM / PM: Full-Time


* AM / PM / NOC: Part-Time (Weekend availability required)

What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting


* Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team


* Respond quickly and courteously to resident call lights and requests


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures


* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
