We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Senior Manager – Alumina Plant to join our leadership team in San Ciprián, Spain.

In this role, you will be a key member of the site management team, leading maintenance and reliability strategies that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while supporting the site's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Serve as a member of the location leadership team, promoting a strong safety culture and effective collaboration across all operational areas.


* Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies aligned with site and business objectives.


* Lead, coach, and develop a large maintenance organization, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.


* Own and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.


* Establish strategic goals and operational plans, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions when necessary.


* Improve equipment reliability, asset performance, and operational effectiveness through best-in-class maintenance practices.


* Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and understand customer requirements to support business success.


* Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, reliability, and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For:


* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading maintenance operations and managing large teams within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.


* Strong experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, asset performance, and continuous improvement methodologies.


* Proven leadership capability with the ability to influence, engage, and develop teams.


* Experience managing budgets and delivering operational results.


* Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.


* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
