Men's Program Director - National Expansion

Life Network seeks a strategic, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven Program Director to lead the national expansion of Life Networks Mens Services program model.

This leadership role is responsible for national program strategy, program development, training delivery, partnerships, operations, and growth of a nationally available Mens Services offering for pregnancy centers nationwide.

The Mens Program Director will oversee the expansion of Life Networks proven Mens Services model including Male Client Advocacy, Fatherhood Coaching, and Post-Abortion Support from a successful internal ministry into a scalable national program.

This position is ideal for an experienced nonprofit, ministry, program management, or operations leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams and partnerships, and turning strategy into sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provides strategic leadership and direction for the national Mens Services program expansion initiativeDevelops and executes a multi-year strategic plan for national adoption of the Mens Services modelLeads all aspects of packaging the Mens Services program for pregnancy centers including curriculum, training materials, online learning content, implementation guides, and support documentationDevelops and monitors annual program budgets, financial forecasts, and sustainability strategiesLeads and supervises program staff and contractors across Customer Support, Online Learning, and PartnershipsDefines and tracks key performance indicators related to center adoption, implementation, training completion, and program outcomesOversees operational systems, workflows, and quality standards that support scalable program deliveryWorks collaboratively with the internal Mens Services team to refine and prepare training programs for national deploymentBuilds and maintains strategic relationships with pregnancy center networks, ministry partners, foundations, and other pro-life organizationsRepresents the Mens Services program publicly through conferences, webinars, meetings, fundraising conversations, and speaking opportunitiesProvides regular reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors regarding program performance, finances, and strategic opportunitieIdentifies and pursues funding opportunities, including grants, donor partnerships, sponsorships, and earned revenue modelsEnsures all program activities comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and mission alignmentParticipation by all staff is required at Life Networks major events EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree preferred; advanced degree a plus Minimum 710 years of professional experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, ministry leadership, product management, or operations Minimum 3 years of senior leadership or director-level experience Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational growth initiatives Experience developing and managing program budgets and operational plans E...
