Federal Health AI Change Management and Adoption Senior

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do

As a Project Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, on the project, you will:

Support a Federal Health clients AI transformation efforts by leading change management and adoption activities that help complex federal health organizations implement and sustain new AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working.



* Provide deep mission expertise and knowledge of the broader global mission and commercial ecosystems by leveraging client specific tools and databases.


* Proactively assess mission requirements and operating environment challenges to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies while providing meticulous documentation.


* Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.


* Develop and establish programmatic functions across client environment.


* Collaborate closely with mission teams and client stakeholders
