What you will be doing in the role of a Talent Development and Engagement Manager The primary objective of the Talent Development and Engagement Manager is to support our goal of being a best in class organization for both talent development and employee engagement.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive cultural and organizational transformation in support of our remote workforce.

You'll work cross-functionally to design and implement programs that strengthen the employee experience and enable teams, leaders and the organization to perform at their best through multilple stages of the employee lifecycle.

As part of this work, you will also partner closely with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and organization leaders to help create and deliver programs that enhance engagement, support employee growth and improve how results are achieved across the organization.

A successful candidate is data-driven, deeply invested in building a strong culture, and experienced in developing scalable employee engagement and organizational development initatives from the ground up.

What you will bring to the table Support programs aligned with Komens talent development strategy and org-wide initiatives to help continue to engage and develop Komens workforceAssist with development and facilitation of training, Gallup Strengths coaching, career pathing, and skill building programs that are critical to long-term and short-term objectivesPrepare analysis and reporting of talent development program results and effectiveness, identifying potential gaps and areas of improvementServe as facilitator/trainer for org-wide learning opportunitiesAdministration of Quantum Workplace system and management of engagement, life cycle, and pulse surveysWork with members of the Human Resources team to analyze and review answers from internal surveys questionnaires and communications to find trends in employee feedbackAssist...
