Internal Medicine Physician – HPSA / Underserved Care Opportunity - Astoria
Nao Medical is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinical team.
This role is tailored for clinicians interested in dedicated community service, J-1 waiver sponsorship, H-1B transition planning, and/or federal or state loan repayment opportunities.
Important Eligibility Notice: Nao Medical operates in fully approved HPSA sites.
However, we cannot guarantee J-1 waiver approval, H-1B status approval, or loan forgiveness.
All such incentives are strictly subject to federal/state rules, site category metrics, program deadlines, and individual government review.

How You'll Make an Impact Provide high-quality outpatient internal medicine and primary care services, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Perform physical exams, screenings, preventive care, and appropriate diagnostic workups.
Document clinical care accurately and promptly within the EMR.
Coordinate with care teams, medical assistants, front desk, and referral partners within our unified system of care.
