Scheduling & Customer Experience Coordinator

Granex Industries | Solon, Ohio Granex Industries is looking for an exceptionally organized, communicative, and team-oriented professional to coordinate the scheduling of our countertop projects.

This is not simply a data-entry or appointment-setting position.

You will serve as an important connection between our customers, sales team, field templators, production departments, installers, and management.

The right person will enjoy helping people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects moving forward.

What You'll Do Coordinate countertop templating, production, delivery, and installation schedules Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, builders, contractors, sales representatives, and internal departments Confirm project details and make sure teams have the information needed to complete each job successfully Balance customer expectations with production capacity, job complexity, material availability, location, and installation requirements Identify scheduling conflicts or potential delays before they become problems Provide customers with timely updates throughout the project Work closely with sales, CAD, production, warehouse, quality control, and installation teams Adjust schedules quickly and calmly when priorities or jobsite conditions change Maintain accurate project information within our scheduling and project-management systems The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Highly communicative and comfortable speaking with many different personalities Empathetic and able to understand both the customer's needs and the challenges faced by internal teams Extremely organized and detail-oriented Capable of managing multiple jobs, deadlines, and conversations at the same time Calm and solutions-focused when plans change Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership A genuine team player who understands that successful scheduling requires cooperation across every department Professional, dependable, and committed to following through Preferred Experience Experience in scheduling, project coordination, customer service, construction, manufacturing, home improvement, logistics, or a similar fast-moving environment is preferred.

Experience with Moraware or countertop-industry scheduling is helpful, but we are willing to train an outstanding candidate who has the right communication skills, judgment, and work ethic.
