Your Responsibilities: Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvementsMonitor and analyze alarms, access control, and intrusion systems to identify true threats and reduce false positivesCoordinate and dispatch resources during security incidents, serving as the primary communication hubLead communication during crisis events, including preparedness alerts and business continuity actionsSupport commissioning, testing, and configuration of new or upgraded security systemsCompile documentation and evidence for reports, audits, and investigationsRefine security procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs Communication & Compliance Escalate incidents according to established proceduresProvide clear, calm communication during rapidly evolving situationsCollaborate with internal teams and client representativesFollow all SOC SOPs, post orders, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in drills, tabletop exercises, and ongoing training What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Must be at least 18 years of age.Authorized to work in the United States.Strong, stable work history.Must pass a drug test and background screening.Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.State Security License preferred.
