Practice Administrator
Precision Spine Care is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead the daily operations of our growing interventional pain management practice in Longview, Texas.
This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, supporting physician productivity, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and achievement of operational goals.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, patient access, and overall clinic performance.Optimize provider schedules, staffing, and clinic resources to maximize efficiency and quality of care.Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.Partner with physicians to improve operations, remove barriers to care, and support provider productivity.Serve as the primary resource for resolving provider, staff, and patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.Assist with staffing, scheduling, payroll preparation, and daily financial reconciliation.Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Compliance, IT, and EMR teams to support operational performance, documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and system enhancements.Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers while supporting practice growth and community outreach initiatives.Monitor key operational and patient experience metrics and implement improvements that drive measurable results.
Qualifications Required Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a physician practice, outpatient healthcare setting, ambulatory surgery center, or hospital.Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare operations, insurance processes, and revenue cycle fundamentals.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in interventional pain management or another specialty physician practice.Experience with NextGen EPM and electronic health record systems.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
