Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for corporate, operational, and customer service positions.

You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top candidates into the organization across multiple disciplines and building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring.  You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, and offer presentation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


* Accurately evaluating candidates based on contractual prerequisite, core competencies and cultural fit.


* Manage full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management; demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.


* Perform video interviews/phone screens to assess candidate’s aptitude; administer assessment and language testing; submit offer letters, coordinate with Security to facilitate background/security process; maintain relationships with candidates while in security phase.


* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.


* Understand the market, business strategy and priorities, to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.


* Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates


* Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values.


* Proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.


* Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred) as well as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social recruiting platforms.
